Return Policy

Returns:

1. We charge a 15% restocking fee
2. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
3. If the product was damaged during transit, please refuse and let us know.
4. There will be a 25% restocking and refurbishing fee when the item is returned in less than new condition.

If you are returning a product to us, we suggest that you provide us a tracking number or else we are not 

responsible for returns that do not arrive back to us.
