                                                     Limited Warranty Policy.

All products are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase to be free of Defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is extended, only to

the original purchaser of the product for the application listed in our catalog and does not apply to commercial; fleet; heavy duty or off-road applications

and/or products that were altered; improperly installed, maintained, repaired or damaged  by accident; negligence or misused. All products that are claimed

to be defective must be returned Freight Prepaid to Autotec USA for inspection and if, it is determined that the products failed to conform to the warranty, it will

either replace the product or refund its original purchased price, at Autotec option.

Purchaser sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of the defective part only. Autotec USA shall not be responsible for any loss

of profit or consequential damages of any nature alleged to be caused by the defective product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND

ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
