Return Policy

Returns:

• We charge a 15% restocking fee
• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
• If the product was damaged during transit, please refuse and let us know.
• There will be a 25% restocking and refurbishing fee when the item is returned in less than new condition.

If you are returning a product to us, we suggest that you provide us a tracking number or else we are not 

responsible for returns that do not arrive back to us.

• You Name
• Address
• Phone number 
• Invoice #
• Reason for return
