Limited Warranty

 

All our stock replacement turbo chargers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original invoice.

 

Turbocharger Installation Guidelines:

a)     Replace all oil pressure and drain lines; oil crankcase and compressor filters.

b)    Change oil and oil filters, prime oil filter.

c)     Service air cleaners and eliminate all restrictions and leaks.

d)    Prior to installing turbochargers, remove all foreign material from air intake ducts and intake and exhaust manifold.

e)     Install turbochargers with new gasket. DO NOT use any kind of sealer or Thread Tape!

f)      After installing turbocharger and exhaust manifold, DO NOT Start Engine, shut off fuel or disable ignition, crank engine until oil flows from oil drain hole in bearing housing and then attach new oil drain line to turbocharger.

g)     Start Engine, let it idle for 5 Min. check for oil, air, exhaust leaks.

h)    Instruct Driver/Operators to always let engine idle for 2-3 Minutes before shutdown, for longer Turbocharger life.

Your Warranty will automatically be void if:

  1. Serial No. is removed or tampered with.
  2. Disassembled by part supplier; installing mechanic or end user.
  3. Installed and damaged because, installation guidelines were not followed
  4. Performing and modifications or custom upgrades.

CF Power Inc. Limited Warranty Policy does not cover the Following:

a)     Charges incurred for installation or removal of CF Power, Inc. Products.

b)    Multiple Warranty claims of the same Turbocharger.

c)     Transfer of warranty to other(s) than the original purchaser.

It is the sole responsibility of the part supplier and/or installing mechanic to make sure that, the part was ordered correctly and that, it matches the part being replaced.

CF Power, Inc. reserves the rights to charge the customer any shipping charges and a percentage restocking fee if, part was ordered incorrectly and deny warranty if, part was mishandled, made dirty or damaged.
